after press power key its open logo lg(life is good)and donot operate ,still at this position life is good. what can i do? thanks
Try booting into “Safe Mode” and then perform a full factory reset of the phone. Hold down the power key until the power menu appears.Instead of just tapping RESTART, hold it down until it restarts. This should boot your phone into “Safe Mode”.In “Safe Mode”, do a full factory reset.Reboot.
