abner malinag you first want to check your outlet to make sure that it provides power. Then you want to check your power cord. If that checks all out, remove the back of your TV (after removing the power ) and check the point where the power cable connects to your power board. Plug it in and use a meter to test the voltage. If that shows ok power move on to the fuses on your power supply. Check each and every one for continuity and power.
