What will be the problem .sanyo tv dp50749 turns on and the image don’t last long the screen turns black but sound can still be heard.have sound but no image and don’t change channel or volume don’t work after the screen turns black but sound still be hearded..
@gabevm “don’t last long the screen turns black” that sounds like you are losing your backlight. Common causes for that are bad capacitors on the power board. You’ll have to take the back off and take a look at the boards for some obvious leaking or domed looking capacitor. Start with the power board. Post some images of your boards with your original question. Use this guide for that.
1# thing to do first is check all your cables make sure there all in correctly. If they are try a different set of cables that you know work. If that does not work than something is wrong. Try connecting a diffent device to the t.v. and try connecting the malfunctioning device to another t.v.
