My HTC One will not start-up completely. After setting up Internet access, the phone keeps “verifying my Google account.” I’ve confirmed that my username and password are correct/valid. I have tried “reboot to bootloader” then “reboot to recovery mode” but the phone still stuck on “verify your account.” Can somebody tell me where I can download firmware for HTC One?
you should be able to do a forced factory reset and then when it asks you for the email and password to your google account it should let you past it with the right info. if its not letting you then either your email or password is incorrect. on the extreme side you may need to root your phone within fastboot and then load a custom or default ROM.
