When USB connected camera screen goesblank. Camera not registering with computer. USB replaced no change.
Your A350 is not being recognized by your computer. Go to the Sony website & download a new driver & software, then try it again. Another option (even easier) is to get a cheap CF card reader & connect instead of the camera.
