I have got a shark duo vacuum cleaner which is 6 months old. It sharted making a loud noise when in use. I watched a few videos and cleaned it completely but still no luck. However, it seems the brush roller is the problem and noise becomes louder when I use it on the carpet setting. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
