Chosen Solution
I have been trying to turn on this device, but nothing happens. I also tried, to reset it by holding the mute button, but still, it does not work. I let the speaker for the night charging, but it didn’t work. I am presuming it is a fake product.
Unplug it —hold down the mute button till all lite flash –turn it off–then on again–might need to do it a couple times–gotta erase the memory
