I have replaced my screen by a new one and i forget to disconnect battery flut than i lost the face id unlock how can i slove yhis problem?
Hi Elie The Face ID feature on the iPhone X works with sensors located within the frame and connected directly to the screen. Chances are the sensors connected on the screen were affected during your screen replacement. You should check the flex cable all the way on top of the screen for: connection (plugged into the board all the way)condition (no folds or tears) If there is any damage to this cable, unfortunately this is that cause of your Face ID failure. The cable cannot be replaced, but getting a screen replacement through Apple will fix this issue.

The three parts ( infrared camera, flood illuminator and dot projector) are paired to the phone. To keep Face ID working, the three parts should always be the genuine parts. Why Face ID Not Working After Repair
