When pressing the shutoff button to activate the camera the lens goes in and out . A little music appear and the batterie light illuminate during the cycle in and out of the lens The lens stay out all the time.
The little servo motors in the lens are likely mis calibrated. You should be able to fix this by holding the lens in when it shuts down. The message should cause the camera to shut down, and when it powers back up it will forget that the lens was ever out of place.
