With such an impact to crack your screen, it’s certainly possible that that could’ve happened unless you have a phone like iPhone which still works flawlessly after its screen cracks. Also the adhesive that is applied to the screen may be messed up too after the fall. My guess is that you can repair it in a local shop by replacing its screen.
