It has been only 18mnths i have purchased this TV. Panel warranty is there but is it a panel problem or any other please help me with this issue.
Ratul Talukdar it does not appear to be the panel. It looks like the menu etc. still shows and is not interrupted. This is important. Try to see what the on screen menu looks like and if that is interupted by lines. This is important. Post some images of that as well. It could be a T-con board issue as well as a main board issue. We do need to know the exact model number in order to provide more help.
