My touchpad is not working also I have installed all the drivers which are required for touchpad I think it has some internal problem because it works some time and most of the time not works

Hi, What is the status of the touchpad in Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices? If listed right click on the Dell Touchpad entry > Properties > General tab and check what it says in the Device Status box. If it is not shown under Mice and other pointing devices, click on Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices to check if it is now shown in Device Manager somewhere. If the status is shown as OK in Device Manager as you say it may be a hardware problem. Here’s the owner manual for the laptop. Go to p.32 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove /replace the touchpad. This will enable you to firstly check that the touchpad cable connections are OK and if so you may have to replace the touchpad.
