Why Tv Show Picture After I Low Brightness Below 29 Lg Television

TV : LG MODEL: 42LC2RR Problem : TV show picture after i low brightness below 29. Below brightness 50 picture is blue, after brightness go below 29 picture is normal but too much bright. Even brigtness 0 change nothing

I get into Service Mode,reset everything and fix this problem.
