Battery is good my starter relay is good. I replaced my whole starter 2 times. There is a sound comeing from the fuse box under hood. And a light noise from around the starter when trying to crank. All my lights raideo windows etc work. But it dont crank.
Do you have access to a volt meter? When you try to turn it over do you hear any noice? Also if you try to turn it over with the lights on does it dim the lights? Is the noice you hear near the fuse box a click or a buzz sound? Update (07/02/2021) Try turning it over with the lights on does it dim the lights? If so check battery. If not then it is likely the starter.
