My phone had dropped out my pocket and fell on concrete and cracked. At first my phone wasnt turning on then i waited and it turned on but now the screen isn’t responding like it say swipe up and its not doing it i actually tried swipe left,right,up and down. What should i do
You’re going to have to reset your phone. First, make sure your phone is off. Then, hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time, use the volume down button to go to Wipe data/ factory reset. Then, Let it finish. After this, go to reboot system now and you should be good to go
