When I go to my gallery its grey where the pics should be
you mean the pictures are all just gray when you view them? I assume the camera lens is clear and you have adequate lighting. [] have you tried a different camera app? (could rule out app issue) [] how about changing the default drive to save the pictures i.e SD card (to rule out file corruption) [] restarting the device? [] and lastly factory reset?
