Cuisinart model dcc-1200c coffeemaker will not brew a full pot , leaves water still in the machine . Have run a cleaning cycle but problem still not fixed. Any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I was able to get the original hose off with a small flathead screwdriver and clean the valve without removing it. Seems to have addressed the issue. Need to remember to descale regularly…
This happened with me, I had pushed the one-way valve further down in the tube trying to clean it and somehow that messed up the mechanism. I removed the one-way valve, washed it with water and then replaced it right at the end of the tube closest to the water reservoir. Seems to be working now, the water flows correctly and the coffee maker does not steam as much as when it was not working.
