Chosen Solution
My iPhone will only power on when it is plugged into my computer, but it does not recognize the device. It goes straight to the support.apple.com/iphone/restore screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Could be a dead battery, when you unplug your phone does it shut off right away?
