I accidentally dropped my laptop and the screen started glitching. I turned it off then right back on and it was fine. I then closed the my laptop and when I went to use it again it would no longer turn on. I’ve plugged it up and nothing. No lights come on whatsoever.
When you connect the power do you see a light indicating that it is charging. Usually blue or amber? Steps to try 1: Try from different outlet 2: Try from different power connector (If possible) 3: Clean power input with alcohol with qutip and try again 4: If under warranty you may need to send it in. If not under warranty you may need to open laptop inners and check that power connect is connected to motherboard.
