I can not get my screen to unlock nothing it will not work I can not even shut it off
Is this a phone or a laptop or what? It sounds like the digitizer went bad, its what handles the “touch” part of the screen. You can often replace the digitizer or the screen & digitizer together on a lot of devices. If you provide a specific make and model we can help further.
