I was expeencing some problems, so I thought I would restore my phone. The proces was going smoothly, and then when it finnished, it came up with an error that said “There is a problem with your iPhone. Please visit the Service Answer Center to find answers to all your questions about service options, warranty and other processes in your country. To find your nearest Apple Store, click here.” Any ideas?
Try placing the phone into DFU mode then try a restore in iTunes again. Do the following in sequential order straight after each other. Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.Turn off the device.Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button. After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode. Let me know how you get on.
